At last night’s GLBT Caucus meeting, a decision was made to not endorse in the #TXHD148SpecialElection. They want to wait until the runoff. A logistical decision of sorts. They want to go on ahead and get the Caucus endorsement card printed for the current races and don’t want to wait on this race. Everyone seemed to be cool about this.

Chris Carmona has run before as a GOPer. Commentary has no idea why he didn’t list his party affiliation. Maybe he wants to draw support from Latinos because of his surname and hope GOP voters remember he is a GOPer. Maybe, the sneaky strategy. I really don’t think that is how it works though.

Camarena, Carmona, McConnico, Mundy, and Shaw have been on a ballot before for an elective office that isn’t a party precinct chair.

So has Eastman, who has won.

Adrian Garcia has been on the ballot 12 times I think, but not this Adrian Garcia.

Your guess is as good as mine as to why you have to put Morales in quotation marks.

In 2008, Carlos Lee finished the season with 106 RBIs and Lance Berkman with 100 of course.

We start an 8 game homie this evening. We have 4 with the Mariners and 4 with the A’s. Back-to-back 4 games series are a bit unusual.
