Other than myself and Orell and his family, I wonder who will show up at our precinct convention this evening.

I wonder if Lisa the Chron’s other columnist will crash the election night party being held by the Coalition of Democratic Elected Officials this evening.

I wonder if Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee will answer her cell phone during her speech to her supporters tonight.

I wonder if Borris Miles will pull out his six-shooter and fire a few rounds into the ceiling if he knocks off Al Edwards tonight.

I wonder if one of the local talking heads will refer to the local Latino voter turnout as a focus group.

I wonder who gets the most judicial candidate winners tonight – the GLBT Caucus who folks tell me they had the best and most thorough interview process or the Coalition of the Electeds whose process was chronicled in the Chron?

Sen. Jim Bunning (R-KY) who is holding up some funding in the U.S. Senate these days has what MLB record with Randy Johnson, Sandy Koufax, Addie Joss, Cy Young, and Mark Buehrle?

I wonder if Shami knows about precinct conventions.

I wonder if Guv Dude will pull it out, errr off this evening.

All six are former or current MLB pitchers who pitched a no-hitter and a perfect game. Bunning as a Tiger no-hit the Red Sox in 1958 and in 1964 as a Phillie, he threw a perfect game against the Mets.

I wonder how many Dem runoffs we will be looking at after tonight.

I wonder how many times Guv Dude will mention Washington in his speech tonight.

I wonder how candidates will reference Texas Independence Day in their speeches tonight.

I wonder if Shami knows about Washington-On-The-Brazos.

I wonder if Commentary is going to be in a quandary about kicking around The Kinkhole if he ends up being a Dem Nominee this evening.

I wonder who’s going to sing The National Anthem on April 5 when the ‘Stros open the season against the Giants at The Yard!
